I found another fun workout video. This one is a Weighted Hula Hooping workout. You will love it once you get the hang of it. And you will!
Have you seen the weather forecast for the next ten days? Sun, clear blue sky and warm everyday. Wow!
You never know what you’re going to get in Michigan as far as the weather goes, right? So, take your workouts outside while you still can and bring along a weighted hula hoop for a super fun challenging workout. You want a firm whittled middle? This is the way to go ladies!
That being said…
You must manage your daily diet with the same grace and gusto you put into your workouts to achieve a lean waistline. Otherwise, forget about it!
If you don’t own a weighted hoop – get one! Target, Walmart, Dunham’s, Dicks Sporting Goods, even TJ Maxx for the minimum has been known to have a few hoops. Read this article for smart and safe weighted hooping before you get started.
A few words of caution:
1. If you have a pre or existing issue with your back you must check with your doctor before hooping
2. If you are pregnant you must check with your doctor before hooping
3. You may want to pad up your waistline for added cushion and comfort while hooping until your muscles adapt. I would suggest a neoprene waist wrap also available at your local sport and fitness store.
4. Always hoop in a large clear space. No one wants to be hit by a spinning weighted hula hoop!
