The following 6 minute body weight core routine is so good that I’m going to use it in my Total Body Blast class next week at Powerhouse Gym. I’m so excited to get back to teaching I could jump out of the plane I’m flying in right now. But we will leave the Sky Diving workout to Sam! She’s the pro.
I’ve been rehabbing for the past two months from shoulder surgery and not a day has passed that I didn’t think about getting back to my favorite super charged workouts! They keep me strong challenged and always wanting more. Isn’t this how our workouts should make us feel?

My physical therapist has warned me to take it easy and not to expect to be where I was post injury/surgery. No problem, I just want to get back in the ring and on my way back to fighting shape.
