We all have seven minutes to spare, wouldn’t you agree?
It’s really a simple matter of deciding if you’re going to do something healthy and invigorating, push the snooze button again, spend seven more minutes racking up your credit card online or waste the time thinking about doing the exercise or not.
Another way of looking at the situation is to just make the 7 minutes of exercise happen and save the snoozing and shopping for later. You may even decide to skip the little nap because you feel so AWAKE now that you worked out and forget the online shopping because you are so OVER IT. Maybe you don’t need those shoes after all!

In seven short minutes you will boost your metabolism so your body will burn more calories throughout the day. If it’s a bit too intense for you than modify the exercises so they are doable but still challenging.
