Spring has finally done it’s thing and I couldn’t be happier. We (Al & Sam) are so happy to be back in our awesome garage turned gym with the tunes blasting on the driveway, entertaining the neighborhood with our daily fitness show of “anything goes as long as we are non-stop moving and laughing!”
