My intention for you today is to find a minimum of 10 minutes to exercise your entire body with resistance. In 10 minutes you will start reshaping your body while building strength & stamina; guaranteed to energize you for the entire day.
Bree and I had a blast making this 10 minute weighted body bar workout a few years ago. Creating the workout which took about two hours was hard work but of course we had a blast – working our butts off! Three years later this workout rocks and will kick your butt into shape. Especially if you follow the workout 3 times a week.
Your home workout is fun and easy to follow. Use light weights to begin (3-5 pound dumb bells), progress to heavier weights after a couple of weeks. If you have a body bar at home…well then, you are ready to roll!
